Burnt Cheesecake
1 kg | Gusto Dolce Cheesecake Base |
75 g | Graham/Marie biscuit |
3 tablespoon (+/- 43g) | Gusto Dolce Pure Creamery Butter |
- Thaw Gusto Dolce “cheesecake base” till room temperature
- Make crust with Graham/Marie biscuit and butter
- Put crust in a 6” cake tin
- Pour “cheesecake base” on crust evenly
- Bake at 170°C – 180°C for 40 – 50 min
(Reminder: Burnt cheesecake depends on how much you want your burnt cheesecake to burn. You can bake it longer and/or with higher temperature till surface colour is to satisfaction) - Cool (at least 4 hours, preferably overnight)
- (optional) Decorate
- Enjoy!
